  1. Entry to the Jumbo World requires a valid ticket. This applies to all guests, including parents accompanying children. Parents should purchase their own ticket for the same session/time slot as their child.
  2. Guests who prefer not to participate in the castle can still enjoy the RK Square Mall and various food outlets. There is no entry ticket for the mall.
  3. Children under 2 years of age are not permitted. All children aged 2 and above must have their own ticket.
  4. Each ticket grants 1.0 hour of access.
  5. What if I’m late to my session? Running a bit late? Don’t worry—you can still join your session! Just remember, your one hour will finish at the scheduled end time, and missed timeslots can’t be carried over to another session.

  7. Are there any weight restrictions? Yes. We have a maximum weight limit of 120Kg.  Guests who exceed this limit cannot participate.

  8. What do I need to wear? Don’t forget socks are a must on the inflatables! Bring your own or grab a pair of our cool branded gripper socks for just Rs. 200 at the venue.

  9. Can I buy ticket at the venue? You’re welcome to buy tickets at the venue, but to guarantee your place, it’s best to book online at least 12/24 hours before your session.

  10. Can I get a refund on a pre-purchased ticket? Please note that all ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available under our Time & Date Change Policy (details HERE). You’ll be asked to agree to this policy at checkout. To make sure your visit goes smoothly, double‑check your calendar before booking your preferred date and time.

  11. Are tickets transferable? All tickets are non-transferable.

  12. Is it necessary to print the tickets, or can I display them on my phone? Printed tickets make check‑in quicker, but digital tickets or email receipts on your phone are also accepted.

  13. OTHER INFORMATION: Food and drinks are not available inside. However, the RK Square Mall has a number of food outlets from where food and drinks can be brought. Outside food is discouraged.

  14. Is there somewhere to store bags / belongings? For your convenience, we’ve set up a limited special shoe storage facility where you can safely keep your shoes and small items. We kindly advise against storing valuables, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss. Big bags, suitcases and strollers aren’t permitted inside, so it’s best to leave them in your car before joining the fun.

  15. Can I bring my pet? Pets are not allowed.

  16. What if I misplaced something valuable during the session? Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Jump World cannot be held liable for lost items, and we advise against bringing loose valuables. Any items found at the end of the day will be placed in the Lost & Found box at the Help Center counter.

  17. What if i need a medical assistance? Your safety matters to us at Jump World! While we’re not responsible for injuries, we always promote safe play and have first aid available for minor mishaps. Play safe, stay safe. Remember, you’ll need to accept our Waiver/Release of Liability when buying tickets online or at the venue.
